QiblaOne does not create user accounts. Most information stays on your phone. Use this page if you want us to delete any related data we can control, or to confirm what to remove on your device.

On your device

Uninstalling QiblaOne removes local preferences (streak, favorites, journey progress, ad frequency limits).
You can also revoke location permission in Android settings.

What we can process on request

Any support emails or deletion requests you send us
Guidance on stopping AI features (Ask AI / First 30 Days) so questions are no longer sent to Google Gemini
Guidance on ad personalization / Advertising ID settings (Google AdMob)

We do not sell personal information. Third parties (AdMob, Gemini, prayer/mosque APIs) process data under their own policies when those features are used.

Submit a deletion request

Fill in the form below. Your email app will open with a ready-made message to robinsmiet@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If your email app did not open, write to robinsmiet@gmail.com with subject “QiblaOne data deletion request”.
